Capital at Old Concord

Close to University City, Capital at Old Concord will be the second of many projects for Annex Construction in the Charlotte area. We look forward to kicking off this 5 story, 230,000 sq/ft Type 3 in Late June, 2026. Cooper Contracting will be providing a turn-key framing package including WRB, window and exterior door install as well as turn-key interior doors, hardware, trim and specialties.
