Five years after framing the Osprey at Lake Norman for CCA we were excited to partner with them once again, on The Overlook at Osprey. This Class-A 224-unit community is a clean 5 over 1 podium. Cooper Contracting is providing a turn-key framing package, WRB install, along with exterior doors and windows.
Our second project for Middleburg Construction, CLT West is five building, garden style apartment community. With just under 280,000 sq feet this will be a great addition to the Charlotte area. Cooper Contracting will be providing a turn-key framing package inclusive of WRB, as well as window and door installation.
Close to University City, Capital at Old Concord will be the second of many projects for Annex Construction in the Charlotte area.
